Why Donate
Most of population of Azad Kashmir lives in villages and remote areas of the state with minimum facilities. Kashmir International Relief Fund is focusing on the poor and unprivileged segment of society to uplift their lifestyle by providing them health, education and skills to women. KIRF has opened primary schools and vocational training centres in the rural areas of different Districts to provide free education to children and skills to women and a mega project of health (KIRF Community Hospital Jatlan) where there poor and deserving families are being provided free Medical Services.
KIRF has also established KIRF Kidney Dialysis Centre Jatlan with the financial support of Paktrust London, Waltham Forest Islamic Association London, Al-Flah Trust Pakistan and other philanthropists. Where free of charge kidney dialysis facility is being provided to kidney failure patients since 10th June 2021. Management of KIRF is grateful to all donors and supporters, and pray to Almighty Allah for acceptance of their donations for the noble cause and reward them accordingly.
Now we are being approached by kidney patients with hepatitis B and C infections for the facility of their kidney dialysis, for which one new heamodialysis unit has been donated by Paktrust London. Kidney dialysis of carriers of hepatitis B and C require special space, separate dialysis units, separate RO plants and separate staff.
Kidney Dialysis is necessary to save the lives of kidney patients, which is very expensive and is not affordable by poor and middle class of the society. Therefore KIRF is providing free of cost facility of dialysis to all such patients. The Kidney dialysis centre requires about Rs. 15M annually, which is not possible without the financial support of benefactors like you.
Since the number of kidney patients is increasing day-by-day for which more heamodialysis machines are needed. Moreover, Pak Rupee is depreciating every day, the running cost of the centre has also going up. The life of kidney patients depends on dialysis, therefore we humbly requested everyone to join our hands together to keep the kidney dialysis center operating successfully.
