A blood bank is a facility that collects, stores, and distributes blood and blood products to hospitals and medical facilities. Its primary function is to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood to patients who require transfusion due to medical conditions, surgeries, or emergencies.
In line with its commitment to community service and healthcare, KIRF has established a blood bank. This initiative aims to provide a safe and reliable source of blood for patients in need.
To support this effort, a blood donation group has been formed under the supervision of:
Mr. Shahzaib Kiyani, Lab Technician
Haji Shahid Iqbal, Secretary Information, KIRF
The group works tirelessly to promote blood donation, organize donation drives, and ensure the smooth operation of the blood bank.
